This allows to establish contact with the buyer and reassure her future purchase.
The module integrates with customer service of your PrestaShop store. You will be notified in the back ofice and email of each inquiry.

Installation :
This module can be installed in 1 click.
Just copy the module folder in the "/ modules" to the root of Prestashop folder, then click on "Install" in the "Modules" in your back office.
